This Law includes:
• Activities that are subject to this Law, the necessity of obtaining a license from the Ministry of Culture and Information to practice these activities, and the conditions, procedures and fees.
• Provisions related to domestic publications and the local press.
• Penalties for the violation of the provisions of this Law, the deciding authority, and the complaints department.
