This Law includes:
• Objectives • Definitions of words and phrases mentioned in this Law.
• Fertilizers upon which the provisions of this Law are applied.
• Registering the fertilizers and soil conditioners that can be imported, exported, classified or circulated.
• Licenses for importing fertilizers.
• Official employees who have the judicial seizure competency.
• The right of specifying the penalties applied upon those who violate the provisions of this Law is left to each country
