This Law includes:
• Foreign investment in the Kingdom in terms of conditions, procedures, privileges and guarantees
• Jurisdiction of the Supreme Economic Council for issuing a list of types of activities excluded from foreign investment
• Foreign projects are entitled to privileges and incentives given to national projects
• Rights, guarantees and obligations of the foreign investor
• Duties and authorities of the General Investment Authority
• Penalties for the violation of this Law, the deciding authority, and the complaints department.
• Provisions of settlement of disputes
• Taxes.
• General Investment Authority is in charge of issuing the regulations of this Law
