This Law includes:
• Establishment of the Authority, its headquarters and its management.
• The Authority’s purpose, which is taking care of investment affairs in the Kingdom including foreign investment.
• Formation of the Authority’s Board of Directors, its authorities, and the provisions of its meetings
• Responsibilities of the Authority’s governor.
• Establishment of the Authority’s Service Center comprising employees from relevant authorities to serve investors in the areas of licenses, approvals, visas and residence permits necessary for practicing their activities.
