This Law includes:
• Procedures for setting up private press establishments, their nature, capital, and location, and the provisions of their invalidity
• Conditions, duties and prohibitions of the member of the establishment.
• Provisions for selecting the Director-General of the establishment, its chief editor and the members of the editing committee as well as their authorities
