This Law includes:
• Definitions of expressions and terms mentioned in this Law • Procedures for building on own land.
• The land title must be in compliance with the descriptions, borders and form of the land.
• Procedures when more than two persons participate in the construction of a building.
• Division of the participants co-portions of the joint building
• Participation in the maintenance costs of the joint parts, their management and renovation according to the size of the portion.
• Each owner should not exaggerate in the use of his rights to the extent that cause harm to his neighbor.
• Procedures for title transfer.
• Owners Association (Its resources, election of the chairman, functions and decisions)
