This Law includes:
• The Ministry of Transport manages the ports and lighthouses in the kingdom
• Matters for which the Minister of Transport issues regulations
• The Minister of Transport’s appointment of officers in charge of catching the violations of the provisions of this Law.
• Penalties for the violation of this Law or the regulations issued for its implementation.
