This Law includes:
• Definition of a commercial statement, its terms and what should not be mentioned therein
• Penalties for the violation of this law
• Jurisdiction of the Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution for the investigation of violations
• Jurisdiction of the Board of Grievances to adjudicate disputes arising from the application of the provisions of this Law.
