This Law includes:
• Conversion of the King Fahad Library into a national one with the objective of collecting, organizing, controlling, registering and publishing the intellectual production.
• The Library’s authorities and responsibilities in order to achieve these objectives.
• Formation of the Library's Board of Trustees and its authorities
• Authorities of the Library's Secretary-General
• Budget.
