• Objectives.
• Definitions of words and phrases mentioned in this Law.
• Issuance of the initial license to establish a public warehouse.
• The Public Warehouse may offer mortgage loans guaranteed by goods kept therein
• Cooperative insurance on the deposited goods.
• Issuance of mortgage document or storage receipt under the name of the depositor.
• Procedures in case of missing the storage receipt.
• Penalties for the violation of the provisions of this Law.
