This Law includes:
• The limits of municipalities in the disposition of their public funds.
• Definition of public funds.
• The authorized and the unauthorized people for deciding the disposition.
• The disposition is performed in accordance with regulations issued by the Council of Ministers on the recommendation of the Minister of Home affairs and the Minister of Finance
