This Law includes:
• Water resources are public.
• The conservation of water resources and the organization of benefiting from them are the responsibility of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water
• The Ministry duties in this regard.
• Priority in benefiting from the water
• Penalties for the violation of this Law and the implementation authority.
