This Law includes:
• Converting the National Center for Science and Technology to the city called (King Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology) with independent legal personality and administratively attached to the Council of Ministers
• Objectives and responsibilities
• Formation of the Supreme Council of the city, its responsibilities and authorities in managing the city's affairs
• Responsibilities and authorities of the president
• Provisions related to the City’s functional and financial affairs
