This Law includes:
• Forms of insurance in the Kingdom
• Jurisdiction of the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency for issues related to the Law
• Establishment of insurance companies or reinsurance in the Kingdom
• Penalties for the violation of the provisions of this Law
