This Law includes:
• Each trader should have a commercial name and record it in the Commercial Register
• Related provisions in terms of procedures, data, and conditions.
• Provisions for the disposition of commercial name and the consequent responsibilities.
• Penalties for the violation of this Law.
• Entrusting jurisdiction to the Board of Grievances to take actions concerning all cases and disputes resulted from the application of this Law.
• This Law will be implemented 90 days after its publication in the official newspaper
