This Law includes:
• Provisions for the transportation of passenger by busses
• Provisions for granting public transportation licenses
• Provisions for transporting goods and equipments.
• Authorities of the Ministry of Transport regarding the transport sector except air transport
• Penalties for the violation of this Law and procedures for investigation and trial.
