This Law includes:
• Eminent Domain.
• Compensation for what is taken for the construction of main roads (as for what is located inside the development protection boarders – as for what is located outside the development protection boarders – as for cities, villages and areas that do not have a development protection boarders).
• Committee of compensations estimate for properties scheduled to be expropriated or those affected by the project.
• Estimation committee tasks.
• Temporary taking of property.
• Final provisions.
