This Law includes:
• Definition of narcotic substances and the prohibition of selling, purchasing, importing, exporting or passing them through the Kingdom without a license from the Public Health Department.
• Procedures and conditions for obtaining these licenses.
• Provisions concerning pharmacies, keeping narcotics, and issuing medical prescriptions
• Penalties for the violation of the Law and the implementation authority.
