• Inspection of Sharia courts and clarification of its jurisdiction and authorities
• Clarification of the jurisdiction and authorities of:
Chief of the Sharia Supreme Court, the Judge, the Court's Deputy Assistant and its deputies, the judge's deputy, Sharia courts clerks, Chief of bailiffs, the bailiff, notaries, and the public treasury officer and his assistants.
