Establishment of the council, its formation, and the provisions of its meetings.
Amendment of the name of the Employees Public Office into the Public Office for Civil Service.
The council responsible for the following:
• Proposing the systems of the civil services
• Issuing the relevant regulations.
• Forming the management.
• Classifying Jobs
• Studying the rates of salaries and wages and proposing their amendment.
• Responsibilities of the Public Office of Civil Service.
