This Law includes:
• Provisions of the implementation of imprisonment and detention.
• Establishment of the Supreme Council of prisons and its duties
• Provisions and rules concerning the implementation of imprisonment in terms of procedures, inspection, division of prisoners, visits, correspondence, employment, health and education care, penalties, and the release of an imprisoned or a detainee.
• Penalties for bringing in weapons and drugs to prisons or detention centers and helping or trying to help prisoners or detainees to escape.
