This Law includes:
• Establishment of the Organization.
• The Organization’s missions and objectives (performing everything could organize and develop the profession of accounting and auditing in the GCC countries and achieving coordination and integrity among them)
• The Organization’s means for achieving its objectives.
• Membership
• General assembly.
• Board of Directors.
• Executive community
• Usual and Unusual general assembly
• The Organization’s finance.
• Amendment of the basic system.
• Transitional and final provisions.
• The system will come into effect 3 months after its acknowledgement date by the Supreme Council
