This Law includes:
• Formation of the Commission.
• The Commission’s objective, which is, “The implementation of the main infrastructure plan for making Jubail and Yanbu industrial zones”
• Authorities of the Commission’s Board of Directors
• The Commission is related directly to the first deputy of the Prime Minister, and has its own budget.
