This Law includes:
• Stipulating that a foreigner is not permitted to invest on his own or with others in any activity that the Foreign Capital Investment Law or other Laws and regulations do not allow him to practice
• The person who is considered concealing according to this Law
• Penalties for the violation of this Law
• Procedures for violation catching, investigation, approval and complaining.
• Provisions for granting a financial reward to those who disclose or report these violations - from among non-specialists.
