This Law includes:
• Obligating each trader whose capital is more than 100
000 Riyal to hold commercial books.
• Clarification of what must be recorded in these books.
• The period of keeping these books with the trader.
• The imposition of keeping these books for a certain period of time and their authority
• Penalties for the violation of this Law and the responsible authority
